CRiTT holds a M.Ed in Career and Technical Education,   SUNY Buffalo State College, as well as a BA in Music Performance, SUNY Empire.

In 2013 he helped found the Buffalo Center for Arts and  Technology – an Arts and Workforce Development affiliate of Bill Strickland’s renown Manchester-Bidwell Corporation, and served as its Arts Director for 3 years.

CRiTT has a degree in Music Performance from Empire State College and currently also teaches music at Tapestry Charter School in Buffalo, NY. He runs a program called “Future Sounds of Buffalo” which is a music camp focussed on nurturing young talent. CRiTT is available for professional speaking engagements  to youth organizations and music enthusiasts through out the country. 

Eric “CRiTT” is also an educator in arts along with his wife Ann Marie who has created the IMAGE Urban Arts Workshop in 2005 which is co-sponsored by New Era Cap. He has conducted over a hundred workshops and edutainment performances. He is extremely relatable to youth audiences and brings a great moral lesson behind each speaking engagement.
